Sravan slams Revanth’s 2047 vision, calls it a copy of Modi’s failed promises

Hyderabad: BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan Kumar on Monday launched a strong attack on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s “Telangana Rising 2047” vision, calling it a borrowed and empty idea from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s slogan-centric playbook.

Speaking at a press conference, Sravan said the Congress government’s “CURE… PURE… RARE” slogan is a distraction. According to him, the state administration is using distant promises to hide what he described as a total failure in current governance. He said the ruling party has not fulfilled the six guarantees or more than 420 promises made during the 2023 elections.

Sravan compares Revanth’s 2047 vision to BJP’s unkept slogans

The MLC questioned why the government was promoting a 2047 plan when it has just a five-year term. He argued that this long-term focus shows a lack of belief in its ability to deliver within its mandate.

Sravan said Revanth Reddy is following the BJP’s example, pointing to Modi’s shift from “Achhe Din” to “Viksit Bharat 2047” after unmet expectations. He accused Congress of copying that strategy, using catchy acronyms instead of showing real results.

He added that people are tired of slogans and want real governance. Sravan urged the Congress government to stop relying on phrases and instead provide clear progress, public accountability, and honest leadership.
