During his address, Shabbir Ali said the Congress government aimed to help one crore women achieve financial stability. He noted that the administration conducted two earlier rounds of loan disbursals soon after taking office. The third phase continued the State’s long-term effort to strengthen women’s livelihoods.

He said the initiative supported families and improved household earnings. He added that financial independence remained central to the government’s strategy. As a result, each welfare measure focused on easing daily burdens on women.
