Hyderabad: Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar held a door-to-door campaign in Sri Krishna Nagar under the Yousufguda division, urging support for Congress candidate Naveen Yadav in the Jubilee Hills by-election.

MLA Bathula Laxmareddy and leaders Siva Sena Reddy, Akula Lalitha, Bomma Sriram Chakravarthy, and Karra Rajasekhar joined the campaign. Local Congress workers also took part in the outreach.

Ponnam Prabhakar greeted residents and explained welfare schemes introduced by the Congress government. He urged people to vote for Naveen Yadav to strengthen the party’s governance and continue welfare efforts.

He said Telangana was the only state distributing six kilograms of fine rice per person. The state was also giving 200 units of free power and ₹500 gas cylinders.

Prabhakar added that women’s groups were receiving interest-free loans. He reminded that women could travel free in RTC buses and Indiramma houses were being allotted to beneficiaries.

He asked women and Older citizens to recognize these benefits and ensure Naveen Yadav’s victory in the Jubilee Hills by-election.
