MCR TIMS Sanathnagar to open as super-speciality healthcare centre

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was scheduled to inaugurate MCR TIMS Sanathnagar at 4.30 pm, marking a major expansion of Telangana’s public healthcare infrastructure.

Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha was also scheduled to participate in the inauguration of the new medical institution. The facility was named the Dr. Marri Chenna Reddy Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences, or Dr. MCR TIMS.

The government positioned the institute as a major addition to Telangana’s public healthcare network. Moreover, the facility aimed to expand access to advanced medical treatment.

MCR TIMS Sanathnagar to offer super-speciality healthcare

The new institute was developed as a destination for comprehensive super-speciality healthcare. It aimed to provide advanced medical services while keeping treatment affordable and accessible to the public.

Furthermore, the government expected MCR TIMS Sanathnagar to strengthen Telangana’s capacity to deliver specialised healthcare through the public system. The inauguration marked the formal opening of another major healthcare institution in Hyderabad.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha were scheduled to inaugurate the facility together at 4.30 pm.

The government described the institute as a landmark healthcare facility for Telangana. In addition, it said the hospital would strengthen access to advanced and comprehensive super-speciality treatment.
