Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) will visit Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, today to attend the 10th FMAE National Students’ Motorsports Competition–2025. The event will take place at Kumaraguru Institutions, one of South India’s top engineering campuses.
Event organisers said KTR will inaugurate the national-level motorsport contest as the chief guest. More than 1,300 young engineers from 101 engineering colleges across India will compete through 70 student teams. His presence adds prestige to the event and highlights Telangana’s growing support for innovation.

The FMAE National Students’ Motorsports Competition promotes innovation and skill-based learning in motorsports engineering. The platform allows students to design, build, and race vehicles using classroom concepts in real-world applications.
KTR will address the participants and share insights on technology, entrepreneurship, and research opportunities. He plans to encourage students to explore emerging fields and strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem.
