KTR frames Jubilee Hills bypoll result as proof of BRS relevance
Speaking at his Nandinagar home, KTR thanked workers who handled the campaign with focus. He said several surveys had predicted a BRS win earlier. According to him, people knew what happened in the final three days. He stated that the bypoll made it clear that BRS still stood as the state’s main alternative.
Although Sunitha was new to politics, KTR said she gave the ruling party a tough contest. He added that the BRS team placed the government’s six-guarantee failures before voters. As a result, he said, the message reached all sections.
KTR said everyone saw how the election unfolded. He claimed that even the candidate’s brother secured only three votes. Still, he said the party respected the mandate and urged workers not to feel discouraged.
Finally, KTR said Congress would lose national space in the coming days. He pointed to the Bihar election and said the trend offered an early signal for the country.
