Kishan Reddy slams Congress for pro-Pakistan remarks, anti-army tone

Hyderabad: Union Minister Kishan Reddy launched a strong attack on the Congress Party on Saturday. He accused it of showing continued affection toward Pakistan and ignoring national interests.

He said Congress leaders, from seniors to juniors, were following the same pattern. In a post on social media platform X, Kishan Reddy said the party mocked India’s surgical strikes and Operation Sindhoor. Such remarks, he said, damage the morale of Indian soldiers.

Kishan Reddy accuses Congress of insulting the Army

The minister said Congress leaders were repeating the language of enemy nations. He called it shameful that they defended Pakistan and insulted India’s armed forces.

Kishan Reddy also criticised the Chief Minister for speaking without knowing the facts. He said Indian guided missiles destroyed terrorist bases and 11 air facilities inside Pakistan. Congress leaders must learn these facts before commenting, he added.

He said the BJP would continue its “carpet bombing” campaign against Congress. The drive, he noted, would expose Congress corruption, false promises, anti-national policies, and its alliance-style politics with BRS and AIMIM.
