Kishan Reddy urges students to value government schools, calls education key to progress

Hyderabad: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy on Friday emphasized that education is the stepping stone to development and urged students to value government schools, citing the examples of leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, APJ Abdul Kalam, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee who studied in such institutions.

Speaking at a program in Amberpet after distributing notebooks and shoes to students of GHS and CPL Government Schools, the Minister said education brings both recognition and opportunity in society. He highlighted the pivotal role that government schools continue to play in shaping the nation’s future.

Kishan Reddy called on parents to place strong faith in their children’s education. He also encouraged students, especially girls, to aim high and excel in the competitive world through dedication and hard work.
