HYDERABAD: BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha criticised the Congress government in Telangana, alleging its failure in ensuring a steady supply of drinking water to households. She stated that inefficiency in administration has led to severe hardships for the people.
Speaking on the issue on Friday, Kavitha pointed out that despite the implementation of the Mission Bhagiratha project under the previous BRS government, the current administration has struggled to maintain a consistent water supply. She accused the Congress government of neglecting basic necessities while prioritising political agendas over public welfare.
Kavitha further claimed that irregular water distribution, particularly in rural areas, has left many residents facing difficulties. She urged the government to take immediate action to resolve the crisis.
