Hyderabad: A hotel worker died after being seriously injured in a clash between two men in Kavadiguda. According to police, the incident followed an argument over money outside a restaurant on Saturday midnight.
The victim, Prakash, was between 50 and 55 years old. He worked at Swastik Hotel in CC Nagar. Police said he argued with a 25-year-old man named Satish in front of Sai Bar and Restaurant.
Satish first hit Prakash with his hands, and Prakash fell on the road. Prakash then walked into the restaurant, and Satish followed him. Satish punched him repeatedly there. Prakash fell backwards and suffered a serious head injury, which caused bleeding.
CCTV footage shows what happened next
Police identified from CCTV footage that Prakash could not move after the fall. Satish brought him out of the restaurant and laid him by the roadside. He then left the spot.
