Hyderabad: Indiramma Towers tenders were invited for four more constituencies, covering LB Nagar, Musheerabad, Goshamahal and Chandrayangutta. The Housing Board announced the latest tender process on Sunday for the proposed housing towers.
The board had already invited tenders in 16 constituencies. With the latest additions, contractors could now submit bids for projects across four more constituencies.
Each location will have 480 flats under the proposed construction plan. The Housing Board estimated the cost of each project at Rs. 43.20 crores.
Meanwhile, the tender submission period for these four projects will run from 30th of this month to 22nd of next month. Contractors must submit their bids within the deadline fixed by the Housing Board.
The projects form part of the Housing Board’s plans to construct Indiramma Towers in the identified constituencies. The latest tenders expanded the number of locations covered by the ongoing tender process.
Indiramma Towers tenders also cover Cantonment projects
Separately, the Housing Board issued tenders for a second time for housing projects in the Cantonment constituency. The latest process covers 480 flats at Patigadda and another 140 flats at Boynpally.
Together, the two Cantonment projects will involve 620 flats. The Housing Board estimated the combined construction cost at Rs. 55.80 crore.
The board fixed a separate deadline for these tenders. Contractors can submit bids from Monday until 10th of next month.
Earlier, the Housing Board had already sought bids for the Cantonment projects. However, it has now invited the tenders again for the second time.
The latest tender schedule therefore covers projects in four additional constituencies and two locations within Cantonment. The Housing Board has specified separate costs, flat numbers and submission deadlines for the projects.
