Rainwater flooded the Dornakal railway station, forcing railway staff to stop the Golkonda Express on safety grounds. Officials also halted the Konark Express at Mahabubabad after the station yard filled with water. They diverted several other trains to nearby stations to avoid further delays.

South Central Railway officials confirmed that services between Secunderabad and Vijayawada via Warangal slowed down due to the continuous downpour. Teams began clearing debris and pumping out water to restore normal operations.
