Damodar Rajanarsimha launches Health Educators’ New Year diary, calendar

Hyderabad: State Medical and Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha on Monday launched the New Year diary and calendar brought out by the Telangana Health Education and Media Officers Association at his residence in Hyderabad.

During the event, the minister appreciated the services rendered by health educators. He said their role remained crucial in taking government healthcare initiatives to the public.

Rajanarsimha urged employees to widely disseminate information on medical services and development programmes implemented by the government through the Medical, Health, and Family Welfare departments.

He said effective communication would help people access healthcare benefits in a timely manner.

During the interaction, employees raised several department-related issues with the minister. They also submitted a memorandum seeking solutions to their pending problems.

Responding to the representations, Damodar Rajanarsimha assured the health educators of a positive approach. He said the government would examine their concerns and take appropriate steps.
