Coffee with a Cop sparks mental wellness conversations among youth

Hyderabad: The second edition of “Coffee with a Cop”, organised by the Society for Cyberabad Security Council, brought together young adults for mental wellness conversations under the theme “Mental Wellness Begins with Conversation”.

The programme created a platform for participants aged between 16 and 25 years to openly discuss emotions, experiences and personal perspectives in a judgment-free environment. Rashmi Srivastava, Director – Strategic Project Execution, SCSC, hosted the session and encouraged interactive participation throughout the event.

K. Srujana, DCP of the women and child safety wing, addressed the participants and spoke about resilience, emotional balance and managing professional stress while maintaining strong family relationships.

The event also featured interactive activities designed to engage young participants and encourage self-reflection. Wellness-themed charades and “Red Flag/Green Flag” discussions formed part of the programme.
