Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy addressed the AI symposium organised by Harvard Kennedy School in Boston and outlined Telangana’s strategy for artificial intelligence. The AI symposium marked his participation as the first Indian speaker at the event.
He said the recognition reflected the aspirations and potential of Telangana. Moreover, he noted his personal connection as a recent alumnus of the institution.
The Chief Minister said artificial intelligence had rapidly become part of daily life. In addition, he described AI as a transformative innovation driven by advances in large language models.
He cautioned that AI is a double-edged technology and requires safeguards to prevent misuse. However, he said the technology will continue to expand despite concerns.
Revanth Reddy said AI will not replace human roles entirely. Instead, it will reshape work across sectors such as healthcare, law, architecture, media, and policymaking.
