Hyderabad, January 26: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has expressed his condolences over the passing of former MLC and senior journalist R. Satyanarayana. In a message shared on social media, the Chief Minister stated that Satyanarayana’s services as a journalist, Telangana activist, and legislative council member are unforgettable to the Telangana society. He extended his deep sympathies to the bereaved family.
R. Satyanarayana was known for his active participation in the Telangana movement and his work as a journalist. He served as a Graduate MLC representing the BRS party and resigned from his position in support of the Telangana cause. Following the formation of the state, he was appointed as a member of the TSPSC by then-Chief Minister KCR.
