Hyderabad: A car service centre in Raghavendra Colony at Suchitra caught fire before dawn on Saturday, creating an early morning emergency under the Pet Basheerabad police limits. The blaze started around 4 a.m. at the Sunrise Water Wash and Wheel Alignment unit on the main Suchitra road. Soon after smoke rose from the structure, locals alerted fire personnel, who moved toward the spot without delay.
Firefighters reached the unit quickly and contained the flames after a focused operation. They said the tyre stacks stored inside ignited rapidly, and therefore, the fire intensified within minutes. As a result, dense smoke spread across the area. Officials noted that the exact cause would become clear after a detailed technical inspection.
