HYDERABAD: BJP MP Dr K Laxman on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, alleging that the CM was acting out of insecurity and impatience.
Reacting to Revanth Reddy’s recent statements, Laxman said the Chief Minister was speaking merely to gain the approval of Rahul Gandhi. He claimed that Revanth Reddy’s remarks reflected his anxiety and political insecurity.
Laxman further stated that the Congress party now had a presence in only three states, and predicted that the people of India would soon reject the party altogether. He asserted that Telangana too would soon be free of Congress rule.
“Revanth Reddy will be the last Chief Minister from Congress in Telangana,” he declared, adding that the BJP was confident of sweeping the party out of the state.
