Hyderabad: A political row broke out after Chief Minister Revanth Reddy mentioned Pakistan during his Jubilee Hills campaign speech. His remarks triggered sharp reactions from Union Ministers G. Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay Kumar.
Bandi Sanjay slams Revanth Reddy for Pakistan remark
Reacting on social media, Bandi Sanjay accused the Chief Minister of insulting the nation. He said Revanth Reddy claimed Pakistan had attacked India, and the country did not respond.
Sanjay called the statement shameful and said it insulted Indian soldiers who destroyed terrorist camps in Pakistan. He said Operation Sindhur had earned global praise for India’s strong response.
He added that every Indian feels proud of the army’s courage and sacrifice. Sanjay said the operation reflected Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tough stand on terrorism.
The Union Minister demanded that Revanth Reddy offer an unconditional apology to the people and soldiers who risked their lives for the nation.
