Hyderabad: Thirty-six passengers escaped unharmed after a private travel bus catches fire while travelling from Hyderabad to Kakinada in Nalgonda district on Saturday.
The incident took place near Peddakaparthi village in Chityala mandal. The bus was moving along its route when flames erupted from the vehicle.
The driver and the cleaner acted quickly and evacuated all 36 passengers before the fire spread. As a result, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Soon after receiving information, firefighters rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control. However, the fire engulfed the vehicle before emergency teams completed the operation.
Officials suspect that a short circuit may have triggered the fire. Authorities are examining the incident to determine the exact cause.
