Hyderabad: A 21-year-old man died by suicide in Chennaraopet mandal of Warangal district after being distressed over a failed love affair. The deceased, Mahesh from Dharmathanda village, had been in a relationship with a young woman for several years.
Recently, the woman’s family began considering marriage proposals for her, which reportedly left Mahesh deeply upset. According to relatives, he became withdrawn and emotionally disturbed after learning about her plans to marry someone else.
Before ending his life, Mahesh recorded a selfie video while consuming insecticide. The video has since gone viral on social media, drawing public attention to the tragic incident.

Mahesh was rushed to the hospital by his family members, but died while undergoing treatment. Based on a complaint filed by the family, police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. His death has plunged Dharmathanda village into mourning.
