Hyderabad: Warangal Police Commissioner Sunpreet Singh on Monday said building a corruption-free society is a shared responsibility. He was speaking at an awareness rally organised by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) as part of Anti-Corruption Week.
Flagging off the rally from Hanamkonda Junior College to Ashoka Centre, Singh said rooting out corruption is essential for national development. He emphasised that students and youth play a critical role in fighting corruption in the future.
The CP appealed to the public to report any government official demanding a bribe by calling the toll-free ACB helpline 1064.
The rally saw participation from students, members of voluntary organisations, and ACB staff. ACB DSP Sambayya, Inspector Raju, and other officials were also present at the event.
