HYDERABAD, February 11: Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy has stated that there is a noticeable mismatch between voter population data and survey figures. He attributed this discrepancy to certain individuals possessing voting rights in two different locations.
Speaking on the caste census, Reddy emphasised its historical significance and the need for accurate representation of various communities. He also defended the Congress government’s policy of issuing ration cards to eligible beneficiaries.
On the issue of Mother Dairy’s asset sales, he expressed disapproval, stating that selling assets of the dairy was not a favourable decision. His comments have sparked discussions on government policies and administrative transparency.
