Hyderabad: VinGroup Asia CEO Pham Sanh Chau met Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and expressed interest in investing across several green and futuristic sectors in the state.
EV, battery, and clean energy plans on VinGroup’s radar
The Vietnamese conglomerate is considering major investments in electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, battery storage systems, and renewable energy projects, including solar and wind power. Chau also showed interest in investing in the upcoming Bharath Future City project.
In response, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy invited Chau and VinGroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong to attend the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, scheduled for December 8–9 at Future City, Mucharla.

Special Chief Secretary (Industries) Sanjay Kumar, Special Secretary to CM B. Ajith Reddy, and Dr. Gaurav Uppal, Secretary for GOI Projects and CSS Coordination, attended the meeting.
