Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud on Friday paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on his death anniversary, describing him as a statesman, visionary economist, and a model of integrity in public life.
Reflecting on his legacy, Goud said Dr. Singh played a defining role in rescuing India from economic crisis and laying the foundation for sustained growth.
