Telangana Tourism announces mango pickle workshop in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Telangana Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) has invited registrations for a mango pickle workshop to be conducted at The Plaza in Begumpet on May 16 to promote traditional culinary practices and homemade food preparation.

The interactive session will take place from 9:30 am to 11:30 am under the guidance of culinary expert VahChef Sanjay Thumma. Participants will learn the process of preparing authentic mango pickle using traditional spice blends, preservation techniques and homemade recipes.

TTDC said the mango pickle workshop was designed to revive Telangana’s rich culinary traditions and encourage people to prepare homemade pickles with expert guidance.

According to the organisers, participants will receive hands-on training in selecting spice combinations, preserving pickle for long-term use and preparing their own batch during the workshop. The organisers will also provide recipe notes and detailed preparation instructions.

Mango pickle workshop to offer hands-on training

All ingredients and materials required for the session will be provided at the venue. The programme is aimed at homemakers, cooking enthusiasts and food lovers interested in traditional recipes.

TTDC stated that seats for the mango pickle workshop were limited and advised interested participants to complete registrations at the earliest.
