Telangana sports delegation studies Asian Games facilities in Japan

Hyderabad: A Telangana sports delegation visited the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on Thursday. The team studied sports grounds, event work and care for players. State Sports Minister Vakiti Srihari led the visit. Special Representative A.P. Jitender Reddy also joined the team.

Former Sports Authority Chairman K. Shiva Sena Reddy took part as well. SATG Vice Chairman and Managing Director A. Soni Baladevi was also part of the visit. The officials watched several sports events. They studied how teams ran the venues and handled players, staff and crowds.

They also looked at the design of major sports grounds. The team wanted to learn how large events support players and keep daily work smooth. The visit gave the officials a direct view of global sports systems.
