Hyderabad: The India Meteorological Department in Hyderabad has forecast rain accompanied by strong winds across Telangana over the next two days. Officials said heavy showers with gusty winds are expected on Monday in the districts of Asifabad, Mancherial, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Warangal, and Hanamkonda.
On Tuesday, similar weather is likely in Peddapalli, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, and Hanamkonda.
The department has issued a yellow alert for these districts.
Officials also noted that rain was recorded on Sunday in isolated places across Asifabad, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Vikarabad, and Kamareddy districts.
