Sukhender Reddy calls for technology adoption at Rythu Badi Agri Show

Hyderabad: Rythu Badi Agri Show was inaugurated by Telangana State Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy at NTR Stadium on Friday, where he urged farmers to adopt modern technology for profitable farming.

Speaking as the chief guest, he called upon farmers to embrace innovative cultivation methods to meet changing agricultural conditions. He said scientific farming supported by modern machinery could improve productivity and incomes.

The Chairman inspected over 200 stalls set up at the venue. He interacted with exhibitors and reviewed displays showcasing advanced agricultural equipment and practices.

Addressing the gathering, Sukhender Reddy said farmers work with dedication not only for their livelihood but also to feed society. He recalled that the State government was implementing several welfare schemes to support farmers. He also urged youth to take greater interest in agriculture.

Participation from multiple states at Rythu Badi Agri Show

Rythu Badi Agri Show In-charge Rajender Reddy said the exhibition aimed to introduce farmers to modern agricultural practices. He stated that farmers from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Chhattisgarh were participating in the three-day event.

Managing Director of Pratibha Biotic Private Limited, Rajasekhar Reddy, said the company had set up a stall to promote Organic Nutrient Balanced Agriculture (ONBA). He stressed the importance of maintaining soil health along with crop cultivation.

He added that ONBA, established three years ago, had delivered encouraging results and was being expanded to several states. Organisers urged farmers to make the most of the Rythu Badi Agri Show and adopt sustainable, technology-driven farming practices.
