Hyderabad: The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation will auction 137 fully developed open plots in the Hyderabad metropolitan region on February 7 and 8. These plots include clear titles and basic amenities, and are available at prices notably below current market rates.
Managing Director V.P. Gautam stated that the plots are located in Thorrur and Kurmalguda (Ranga Reddy district) and Bahadurpally (Medchal–Malkajgiri district). Since all plots are ready for immediate construction, they present an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build custom homes.
Attractive pricing and accessible locations drive interest
In Thorrur, situated near the ORR Adibatla IT corridor, 105 plots ranging from 200 to 500 square yards are being offered. The upset price is ₹25,000 per square yard. Applications must be submitted by February 6, along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2 lakh.
Similarly, Bahadurpally located near the ORR offers 12 plots ranging from 200 to 1,000 square yards. Here, the upset price is ₹30,000 per square yard for corner plots and ₹27,000 for other plots. Interested applicants must apply by February 7, with an EMD of ₹3 lakh.
Moreover, Kurmalguda, near Shamshabad Airport, includes 20 plots sized between 200 and 300 square yards. These are priced at ₹20,000 per square yard. The application deadline is February 7, with an EMD requirement of ₹2 lakh.
