Hyderabad: A Nagarjuna Sagar road accident claimed the life of a biker on the Nagarjuna Sagar–Hyderabad highway Saturday morning. The crash occurred near Dayyala Gandi, close to Nellikal X Road.
According to local information, a car rammed into a two-wheeler travelling through the area. The biker died at the spot following the collision, according to preliminary information.
Locals identified the deceased as a resident of Nagarjuna Sagar Pylon. They alleged that excessive speed by the car caused the fatal crash.
Meanwhile, the accident severely disrupted traffic on the main highway. A heavy traffic jam formed along the Nagarjuna Sagar–Hyderabad route, causing major difficulties for motorists.

Following the crash, vehicle movement on the busy route faced significant delays. The traffic congestion affected vehicles travelling along the main road in both directions.
Police meanwhile began collecting details about the accident. Officials were expected to establish the circumstances surrounding the collision during their inquiry.
