Minister Konda Surekha holds public grievance meet at Gandhi Bhavan

Hyderabad: In a direct public interaction programme aimed at addressing citizens’ grievances, Telangana Minister Konda Surekha on Wednesday personally received petitions from the public and facilitated on-the-spot resolutions at Gandhi Bhavan.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Surekha said, “A party office belongs to the people. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing their problems being resolved here itself.” Duirng this program Telangana State Minority Finance Corporation (TSMFC) Chairman Mohd Obaidullah Kotwal and other Congress leaders were present.

As part of the outreach initiative, several citizens approached the minister with their grievances and submitted written petitions. Konda Surekha held discussions with the concerned officials present, directing them to take immediate steps to resolve the issues raised.

The programme, designed to bridge the gap between the public and the government, allowed citizens to voice their problems directly to ministers and receive prompt administrative responses.
