HYDERABAD, February 11: Telangana Minister Jupally Krishna Rao has expressed serious concerns over alleged irregularities involving Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leaders. During a recent meeting, he criticised the previous administration for its handling of various issues and warned that necessary action would be taken if violations were found.
The minister alleged that certain BRS leaders had misused their power during their tenure, leading to financial and administrative discrepancies. He emphasised that the Congress government in Telangana was committed to transparency and would not tolerate any wrongdoing.
Jupally Krishna Rao further stated that officials had been directed to review past decisions and ensure that any violations were addressed. He assured that justice would be done and appropriate measures would be taken to rectify any mismanagement.
The remarks come at a time when political tensions between the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS are escalating. As scrutiny intensifies, further developments are expected regarding potential investigations into the alleged irregularities.
