HYDERABAD: Senior BRS leader and former minister Malla Reddy launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, comparing it to an atom bomb. He urged party workers to confront Congress with the same resilience and discipline as Japanese soldiers.
Malla Reddy criticised the Congress-led government, calling it extremely poor in governance and asserting that it must be removed. He remarked that Congress was collapsing under the weight of its own mistakes, but said BRS workers must still put up a strong and determined fight.
Encouraging party cadre, he stated that those who work hard for the party could be rewarded with significant positions in the future, such as MLA, MP, or minister. His remarks quickly gained traction on social media.
Reddy’s statement comes at a time when Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is currently on an official visit to Japan with a state delegation. The timing has sparked interest, especially considering the long-standing political rivalry between Malla Reddy and Revanth Reddy.
