HYDERABAD: BRS Working President and MLA K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) visited Sircilla district today and took part in a Hanuman Deeksha bhiksha programme organised at the Telangana Bhavan by the party.
KTR participated as the chief guest and joined the devotees in a special Hanuman puja ceremony, where he offered his prayers and fulfilled personal vows. Priests performed Vedic rituals and chanted mantras during the occasion, presenting him with traditional honours.
KTR shares a meal with Deeksha devotees
Following the puja, KTR warmly interacted with the Hanuman Deeksha devotees and shared a meal with them, in a gesture of solidarity and devotion. The Deeksha participants also showed keen interest in taking photographs with the senior leader.
KTR was accompanied by local BRS leaders from Sircilla throughout the visit.
Scheduled temple visits later in the day
Later in the day, KTR visited the Peddamma Thalli temple in Gambhiraopet. He also attended the annual festivities at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Malkapet village of Konaraopet mandal.
