₹1,000 crore industries ready for launch at Kondapur, says Sridhar Babu

Hyderabad: Industries developed with an investment of ₹1,000 crore at Kondapur Industrial Park in Medak district are ready for inauguration. This marks the Kondapur industries launch that many have been anticipating, IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu announced on Wednesday.

He made the statement during a review meeting at the Secretariat with representatives from the Kondapur Industrialists Association. TGIIC Managing Director Shashank and senior officials were also present to discuss the industries launch.

36 units ready to start, 5,000 jobs expected

Out of 64 planned units, 36 have completed construction and are set to begin operations. The Kondapur industries launch will create immediate employment opportunities for around 5,000 youth, as the Minister stated.

Sridhar Babu instructed officials to resolve all pending power-related issues within one month. He also ordered expedited completion of the approach road linking the park to the national highway. Other infrastructure work must also be finished promptly to ensure timely launch of all industrial units, he added.

Government Investments Director Madhusudan and Industrialists Association President K. Shravan Kumar, along with other executive members, attended the meeting, which highlighted the importance of the Kondapur industries launch for economic growth.
