Hyderabad: Swarnagiri Temple chairman Manepalli Gopi Krishna invited Forest and Endowments Minister Konda Surekha on Sunday to attend the upcoming Vaikuntha Ekadashi Brahmotsavams. The celebrations will run from December 30 to January 8 at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
Minister Konda Surekha accepted the invitation and said the Ekadashi programmes will deepen devotion and encourage social harmony. She stressed that such spiritual events bring peace to individuals and unity to society.
The Minister assured temple authorities that the government will extend full support. She said officials will work to ensure the Brahmotsavams proceed smoothly and with devotional fervour.
She also appealed to devotees across Telangana to attend in large numbers and seek Lord Venkateswara’s blessings.

Temple organisers are preparing an elaborate schedule of rituals and cultural activities. Each year, the Vaikuntha Ekadashi event at Swarnagiri attracts thousands of devotees. The temple considers it one of the most sacred and widely observed occasions.
