Hyderabad: Telangana Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Friday gave the first clap for the biopic of former MLA and grassroots leader Gummadi Narsaiah. The film launch took place in Palvancha, where the team also confirmed Kannada actor Dr Shiva Rajkumar as the lead.
