Kishan Reddy accuses Revanth Reddy of misleading voters and failing on promises

Hyderabad: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy launched a strong attack on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, accusing him of failing to fulfil election promises. He said the Chief Minister was using false propaganda to divert people’s attention from his failures. The minister made these remarks during a press briefing at the BJP state office in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Kishan Reddy stated that Revanth Reddy had completely failed to deliver the assurances given during the elections. Moreover, he alleged that the Chief Minister was spreading lies by claiming the BJP and BRS had formed a secret alliance. “Revanth Reddy used the same tactics in previous elections. Even now, he continues to mislead the voters,” Kishan Reddy said.

The minister said he would not be silenced by personal criticism. “I am not afraid of false propaganda or baseless attacks,” he asserted. Furthermore, he said Telangana’s development did not depend on Revanth Reddy’s approval. “People already know what the BJP achieved for the state’s growth,” he added.

He emphasised that, unlike other parties, the BJP neither promotes corruption nor supports family rule. Instead, the party focuses on honest governance and delivering promises with integrity. “No one can point to a single corruption charge during our administration,” he said.

Kishan Reddy also challenged both K. Chandrashekar Rao and Revanth Reddy to face him in a public debate on Telangana’s progress. “Do they have the courage to listen to the truth about BJP’s development record?” he asked. In addition, he accused Revanth Reddy of fearing the Congress High Command and avoiding any action against KCR.

Finally, Kishan Reddy concluded that Revanth Reddy’s administration had turned into a “failure government.” He said the people of Telangana were already realising the difference between false promises and real performance.
