Hyderabad: MLC K. Kavitha on Friday visited Yashoda Hospital in Somajiguda to check on the health of her father, BRS chief and former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, who was admitted after complaints of fatigue.
Doctors said KCR arrived at the hospital on Thursday evening with weakness and was evaluated for fluctuating blood sugar levels and low sodium. A medical bulletin issued late Thursday confirmed his condition was stable following initial treatment.
Kavitha spent time with her father and later discussed the treatment protocol with hospital doctors. Party insiders said she was briefed in detail about recovery measures and monitoring.
KCR’s hospitalisation has triggered concern among party cadres and rival politicians, with messages of support arriving from across the state.
Doctors said the BRS chief remains under close observation and further health updates will be released as required.
