Jupally oversees preparations for chief minister’s public meeting in Nirmal

Hyderabad: Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao oversaw preparations for the chief minister’s public meeting scheduled in Nirmal on January 16 and directed officials to complete all arrangements without delay.

Along with government adviser Sudarshan Reddy, the minister visited the NTR Mini Stadium and conducted a ground-level inspection. During the visit, he checked the stage layout, VIP gallery, and seating plans for the public meeting.

At the venue, Jupally Krishna Rao reviewed drinking water supply, toilets, parking space, and crowd movement routes. He also instructed officials to manage traffic smoothly on approach roads so that delays were avoided during the public meeting.

At the same time, he stressed the need for close coordination among departments. According to him, timely completion of works would ensure that people faced no inconvenience.

Chief minister’s public meeting planned with clear arrangements

Jupally Krishna Rao said the government planned the chief minister’s public meeting in a disciplined and orderly manner. Therefore, he asked officials to focus on clear entry and exit routes.

Meanwhile, the minister said people from Nirmal would attend the public meeting in large numbers. As a result, he instructed officials to make enough arrangements to manage the crowd safely.

Finally, he said the administration aimed to conduct the public meeting smoothly. He also asked officials to stay alert throughout the programme.
