Hyderabad: Labour Minister Dr. G. Vivek Venkatswamy on Saturday stressed that instilling discipline is crucial for the smooth functioning of Advanced Training Centres (ATCs). He made these remarks during a departmental review meeting held at MCRHRD Institute.
The minister emphasised that the department’s top priority should be the training of trainers. He urged all principals and instructors to stay fully committed to achieving high-impact training outcomes.

Dr. Venkatswamy assured that the state government would extend all necessary support to improve ATC effectiveness. He called on officials to focus on enforcing discipline among students to enhance learning outcomes and employability.
He also pointed out that enabling thousands of youth to become job-ready through ATCs was a significant accomplishment. He termed the programme vital to the state’s skill development strategy and urged collective commitment from the entire institutional network.
