IndiGo apologised for the IndiGo network disruption and pledged swift action

Hyderabad: IndiGo issued an apology after the IndiGo network disruption caused delays across its operations over the past two days. The airline said the disturbances affected passengers throughout its network. It added that teams were working with the support of MOCA, DGCA, BCAS, AAI and airport operators to reduce the cascading impact.

IndiGo stated that all efforts were underway to restore normal schedules. Additionally, the airline said customers were being updated about any changes to their flights. It advised passengers to check the latest status before travelling to the airport. The carrier also expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and stressed that it remained focused on streamlining operations as early as possible.

IndiGo network disruption triggers operational measures

The airline reiterated that efforts were ongoing to stabilise services. Moreover, it said coordination with aviation authorities would continue until full normalcy returned.
