Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation stepped up efforts to make the city cleaner by promoting Reduce–Reuse–Recycle centres in every circle.
GHMC officials said the initiative aimed to reduce landfill waste and improve neighbourhood cleanliness. They urged residents to avoid dumping usable items.
Instead, the civic body encouraged people to use designated RRR centres across Hyderabad. Officials said responsible disposal supports long-term sustainability goals.
Under the programme, residents can donate old or unused items that remain usable. GHMC said these donations help community groups and people in need.
