Hyderabad: Gachibowli police arrested 12 people in a drug bust at TNGO Colony under Cyberabad limits. Acting on a tip-off, Madhapur SOT raided SM Luxury Guest Room and a nearby co-living space.
They found 18 individuals at the location and detained 12 for consuming and peddling drugs. Officers seized 31.2 grams of MDMA and 3 grams of ganja from the accused.
A Nigerian national who supplied the drugs managed to flee and remains at large.
The detainees include IT employees, architects, drivers, DJs, and photographers. Police also recovered mobile phones, two two-wheelers, dongles, and a GPS card reader, worth ₹6.51 lakh.
Officials registered a case and began further investigation.
