Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Higher Education Institutions (FATHI) has urged the government to release immediately the fee reimbursement and scholarship arrears that have piled up over the years in the state. It warned that private educational institutions are certain to close otherwise.
FATHI demanded that colleges receive at least 50 percent of the arrears if they are to keep operating. It said colleges face a serious financial crisis because the fees have not been paid.
