Duddhenapally Palle Dawakhana opened by Minister Ponnam Prabhakar

Hyderabad: Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar inaugurated the ₹20-lakh Duddhenapally Palle Dawakhana and directed officials to address grievances raised by villagers.

The minister visited Duddhenapally in Saidapur mandal of Karimnagar district as part of a village outreach programme. The village falls under the Husnabad Assembly constituency.

Ponnam toured the village under the “Palle Palleku Ponnam Anna.. Palle Pallelo Praja Palana” programme. During the visit, he inaugurated the newly constructed village health facility, which cost ₹20 lakh.

Duddhenapally Palle Dawakhana opened during village outreach

After inaugurating the Duddhenapally Palle Dawakhana, Ponnam attended the Praja Palana programme at the Rythu Vedika. There, he interacted directly with villagers, farmers and representatives of women’s groups.

The minister sought details about problems affecting residents and received petitions from them. Subsequently, he contacted the officials concerned at the venue and directed them to initiate steps to resolve the issues.

Ponnam said identifying people’s problems and resolving them remained the objective of the Praja Palana government. The outreach programme brought residents and officials together to discuss local concerns and seek action on grievances.

Officials attend Duddhenapally programme

Additional Collector Ashwini Tanaji Wakhade participated in the programme along with District Agriculture Officer Bhagyalakshmi. DRDA official Geetha and District Medical and Health Officer Rajagopal also attended.

RDO Jalakumari was among the officials present during the minister’s village visit. Market Committee Chairman Dontha Sudhakar and mandal party president Chadakondal Reddy also participated.

Sarpanch Udige Vijaya Rajasekhar attended the programme along with other representatives. In addition, district, divisional and mandal-level officials from various departments joined the outreach programme.

Ponnam directed the officials to follow up on petitions received from residents and take necessary action for their resolution.
