Hyderabad: Telangana students can download DEECET hall tickets through the MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot service from May 15 at 10 am as part of the State government’s effort to simplify access to examination services.
Students have been asked to save the MeeSeva WhatsApp number 8096958096 and send a “Hi” message to begin the process. They can then select the “DEECET Hall Ticket” option and enter their application details to download the admit card.
Officials said the DEECET examinations would be conducted on May 21 and 22 across the State.
The initiative has been introduced by the Telangana Government’s Electronic Services Delivery (ESD) division to improve accessibility and speed in delivering exam-related services to students.

The State government said the WhatsApp-based MeeSeva platform had witnessed growing public usage for various citizen services since its launch in November 2025 under the guidance of IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu.
The platform currently provides services including birth certificates, income certificates, police challan payments, utility bill payments and Board of Intermediate Education result services.
Officials stated that the addition of DEECET hall tickets reflected the increasing reliance on WhatsApp-based governance services for daily public needs and educational support.
