Hyderabad: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) organised a “Chalo Raj Bhavan” protest in Hyderabad on Friday against the Centre for blocking 42% BC reservations. Party leaders demanded that the Narendra Modi government pass the BC reservations bill in Parliament without delay.
They also urged the Centre to include the BC quota under the Ninth Schedule to safeguard it from legal challenges. The CPM leaders marched towards the Raj Bhavan to submit a representation on the issue.
