HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) traveled from his Erravalli farmhouse to Hyderabad on Wednesday for a crucial state executive meeting at Telangana Bhavan. Accompanied by a large convoy, he returned to the party headquarters after an extended absence.
The meeting began at 2 PM, bringing together around 400 senior party leaders. Leaders plan to discuss local elections, the ruling government’s shortcomings, and strategies for an upcoming public rally later this month.
KCR’s return has drawn attention since he remained out of the public eye after recent election setbacks. Although he actively campaigned, he avoided party headquarters and public appearances post-elections. Instead, he stayed at his Erravalli farmhouse for nearly seven months.
His presence at the meeting signals a renewed focus on party strategy. As BRS gears up for upcoming elections, today’s discussions will help shape its political roadmap in Telangana.
